I am the Creator and Founder of BelloGoal (translated Beautiful Goal).
I was born in La Ceiba, Honduras. My mom was from Honduras and my dad was from Jamaica. Growing up, I played many sports, but the one that I enjoyed the most was soccer. I used to dribble the ball a lot and my peripheral vision and speed was always unpredictable.
As the youngest of five siblings, I was the last to leave Honduras and move to the United States. I initially lived in Pennsylvania with my brother and later relocated to Mishawaka, Indiana. While pursuing higher education at a local college, I was asked a simple question: “Do you know how to play soccer?” My answer was an enthusiastic yes—and that moment marked the beginning of my soccer journey in the U.S.
Over time, my love for soccer blended with another passion: woodworking. That combination sparked the idea for BelloGoal—a wooden soccer board game designed to capture the excitement, strategy, and creativity of the sport in a tabletop format. What started as a personal project soon evolved into a fully realized soccer tabletop game that could be enjoyed by players of all ages.
Each BelloGoal product is a handcrafted soccer board game, carefully designed to reflect the beauty of the sport while offering engaging gameplay. I began with a two-player version and later expanded into a four-player format, making the game even more dynamic and family-friendly.
Today, BelloGoal represents more than just a game. It’s a celebration of soccer, craftsmanship, and connection—bringing people together through a thoughtfully designed soccer board game that can be enjoyed anywhere in the world.
